This page explains what the website collects when you build a package, make an enquiry or start an available demo.

Voice and WhatsApp demo details

An available demo asks for your first name, your WhatsApp mobile number, industry and chosen channel. These details prepare the example conversation and let the demo service send the booking confirmation and changes you request. You give permission before starting; this is not marketing consent.

The website sends those details to the configured demo service. It does not save them in a browser draft or add them to a URL. The service’s contact and retention information appears before you submit. You can watch the product videos without providing details. Demo appointments use an example diary and do not create a real appointment.

Business onboarding

Onboarding collects your private contact name, work email and telephone, business and billing addresses, legal business details and signatory. Depending on your products, it also asks for locations, team members, services, hours and operating rules. Public business contact details are separate: your private number is only copied there when you choose to do so.

If you continue from a connected demo, a short-lived secure cookie can carry a reference to the name and number you supplied. The setup service reuses those details after you sign in; you review them before signing. Existing account details are preserved. Fictional patients, demo appointments, test payments and marketing permission are not transferred.

Live business drafts are held by the configured onboarding service so you can resume. Credentials are entered only through secure connection screens. The standalone example stores fictional draft data in the this browser on this device; do not enter real customer or patient information in it. Review the service agreement, data processing terms and full privacy notice before live use.

What the enquiry form stores

The form stores the name, email address, business name, sector, product selections, selected booking bundle, package requirements and optional message you provide, together with a request reference and submission time. If present in the page URL, campaign source, medium and name are saved with the enquiry to identify which campaign brought you here.

How the information is used

Enquiry details are stored for review by the website owner to understand the requested products and setup. The form does not subscribe you to marketing or process payment.

Saved packages

If you choose “Save on this device”, your selected products and industry are stored in this browser until you delete the saved package. Contact details are not saved in this draft. A copied package link contains only product choices and an optional industry; prices are refreshed when it is opened.

Anonymous journey counts

The website counts industry views, builder visits, selection starts, package reviews and saved enquiries. Measurement records contain only an event category, an industry category and the day. They do not include names, email addresses, form contents, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. These are event counts, not tracking of individual visitors.

Before public launch

Hexyl’s legal business identity, privacy contact, retention period and full privacy notice must be confirmed before this site is used for live customer enquiries. This preview does not include advertising tracking pixels.
