Your Stripe account and the approved deposit or payment amount.
A WhatsApp or SMS conversation workflow for sending the link.

Where your team stays involved

Sending a link is not the same as receiving payment. Booking status should change only after the agreed payment result is confirmed. Refunds follow your business policy.

How to judge the result

Compare payment completion, time spent chasing and attended appointments. Deposits collected are part of the booking value, so do not count them again as extra revenue.
